• Male or Female, single, not more than 35 years old
• Knowledgeable in corporate legal work, documentation, drafting/review of contracts and other legal documents
• Knowledge of SEC, BOI, and other government agency policies/ application procedures
• Preferably with background/experience in CAB (Civil Aeronautics Board) matters.
• A member of IBP
• With a minimum of two (2) years work experience
• Computer literate
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)
