Qualifications:

• Graduate of Fine Arts, Multimedia or other related courses.
• Must have the same experience in the same field.
• Background in web development, design, print, publishing or animation.
• Advanced Knowledge on Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Pagemaker and Macromedia Flash.
• Knowledge in Action scripting is a must for Flash Engineer candidates.
• Knowledge in In-design,Illustrator, QuarkExpress, FrameMaker and other DTP (Desktop Publishing) tools is a requirement.
• Particular to details, process oriented, and can work under pressure.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible in conceptualizing and developing Flash design concepts that meet company and client expectations and overall project goals.
• Involved in conceptualizing and executing designs, innovative user interface for web and other multimedia projects.
• Responsible for localization – this includes tasks such as screen capture, text and graphic integration, image manipulation/optimization and modification of design layout to suit changes in the content.
